He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Miller Corell; his daughters, Sarah Michelle Corell and Jamie Corell Nicholls (David); his grandchildren, Jackson David, Annie Blair and Julie Gray; and his siblings, James Robert Corell (Bo), Margaret Reid Corell Barss (Nelson), David Wood Corell (Cindy) and Cynthia Crockett Corell (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
