He was predeceased by: his parents, Coral Bailey (Lawyer) and Walter Bailey of Clearfield, PA; and his brothers, Glenn Bailey of Hampton, VA and Robert Bailey of Clearfield, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Weaver of Hanover, PA; his son Alvin Bailey (Megan) of Locust Grove, VA; his grandchildren, Cassidy and Harrison Bailey; and his sister Cindy Thompson (William) of Munson, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
