She was predeceased by: her parents, Authur Gaines and Myrtie Elizabeth Hubbard Kiser; and her siblings, Edgar, Clifford, Fred, Robert Kiser and Dora Vaught.
She is survived by: her husband James Thomas Kelly, Jr.; her children, Timothy Kelly (Vickie) of Meadowview, VA and Jeannie Conkin (Jack) of Kingsport, TN; her grandchildren, Bradley Mitchell (Valerie), Travis Kelly (Kim) and Shannon Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Maya Mitchell, Carter and Axle Kelly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mahanaim United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 310, Glade Spring, VA 24340, in Mrs. Kelly's name.
