He is survived by: his wife Sheila Moore; his daughters, Tammy Cook (Billy) and Brooke Crosswhite (David); his sister Virginia Tedder; his grandchildren, Garrett Cook (Megan), Campbell Moore and Camden Crosswhite; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Connor and Violet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
