He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Heath and Thelma Heath. He is survived by: his wife Betty Heath; his sons, Steven Heath (Dolly) and Leon Heath (Angie); his siblings, Wayne, Tom Heath and Mary Allen Lewis; and his grandsons, Cody, Christopher, Tyler and Zachary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
