He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Cook Heath; his wife Ellen Worthington Heath; his children, Eskalina Beck (Donald) and Abram Heath (Makayla Icenhower); his stepdaughter Carrie Marcum (Thomas); his siblings, Marsha Heath, Rebecca Mae Heath, Zack Heath (Patricia), Donald Heath (Rita), Randy Heath (Rita), Michael Heath (Diana), Eddie Heath (Phoebe) and Glenn Heath (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Quentin Beck, Makayla Beck and Elaina Heath.
