She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hornaday and Cora O'Mary Williams. She is survived by: her sister Doris Williams of Meadowview Terrace.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorials be directed to the Warren Plains Baptist Church, c/o Pat St. Sing at 152 St. Sing Road, Warrenton, NC 27589.
