Rhea; her children, Janette Francisco and Vick Rhea; her daughter-in-law Kelly Rhea; her grandsons, Ted Francisco and Andrew Rhea; and her siblings, Robert Younce, Monroe Younce (Irene) and Corinne Nottingham.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann Weaver (Frank) of Meadowview; her grandchildren, Pam Johnson (Winston) of Abingdon, Kim Ratliff (John) of Abingdon and Daniel Rhea of Cleveland, Virginia; and her siblings, Lorraine Sensabaugh of Kingsport, Tennessee and Gene Younce of Fredericksburg, Virginia.. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
