Tuell, Sr.; her siblings, Lena Carter, Maxine Fiorentino (Frank), Bruce Emerson (Betty) and Raymond Emerson (Jackie); her sister-in-law Patsy Emerson; her daughters, Julie Foore and Kathy McDowell (Billy); her grandchildren, Brittany Jones, Courtney Foore and Keith Finney (Ali); and her great grandchildren, Ketan Jones, Olivia Jones and Kaylynn Sexton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
