James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his brother Harry Fullen; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Fullen, Vivian Santona and Lawerence Mayo. He is survived by: his wife Brooklyn Fullen; his sons, James Fullen (Reginia), Jeffrey Fullen (Amelia) and Jonathan Fullen (Sheila Moody); his grandchildren, Aaron Fullen, Alex Raykowitz and Braylon Arnold; his siblings, Mattie Mayo, Jake Fullen, Jr. (Shirley) and Joyce Lindsey (Warren); and his close friend Sandy Call. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews; and special caregiver.
