She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Delp; her son Alan Delp; her parents, Mary Elizabeth Brannon Widener and Lewis McCall Widener; and her siblings, Nellie, Gay Surber (Clayton), Minnie Cullop (Paul), Shirley Ann Segal (Lee), Betty Deel (Kelly), Herman Widener (Lill), Gordon Widener (Shirley) and Violet Rossie.
She is survived by: her children, Amelia Amidon (Ronald), Lavonda Heath and Pamela Hutchinson (Gary).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farris Funeral Service (427 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Baptist Church (26697 Old Saltworks Rd, Meadowview, VA 24361). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Forest Hills Memory Gardens (19415 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24210).
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Mountain View Baptist Church, 26697 Old Saltworks Rd, Meadowview, Va. 24361 to honor Edna's Memory.
