It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Neal Jr. of Meadowview, Virginia, who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Neal and Jessie Neal; and his daughter Carol Neal. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Rick Neal of Meadowview, Dennis Neal (Carolyn) of Glade Spring and Anita Tesnear; and his stepson Randy Mangus (Judy) of Danville. He is also survived by 2 sisters; 2 brothers.
