We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2022, at the age of 67, Billy Joe Osborne of Meadowview, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Roscoe "Lum" Columbus Osborne; his wife Judith Anne Musick Osborne; and his son Robert Samuel Osborne. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Osborne (Julie) of Bristol and Jason Osborne (Elizabeth) of Meadowview; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Neil Osborne, Kaelan Osborne, Makenna Clay, Isaac Clay and Abigayle Osborne. He is also survived by one brother; four sisters.
