He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Belcher and Lelia Wood Belcher; his grandson Jerry Knowles; his brothers, Vernon Belcher and Kenneth Belcher; and his sisters-in-law, Eulah Belcher and Hilda Belcher.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Belcher; his children, Wayne Belcher (Dana) of Meadows and Darlene Knowles (Kenneth) of Meadows; and his stepsons, Troy Wood (Tammy) of Meadows and Norman Wood (Ann) of Meadows. He is also survived by three Grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; five step-grand-children; twelve step great-grandchildren.
