He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Harwood and Mecie Culler Terry; and his grandson Joseph Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Oneeda Webb Terry; his daughter Opaleane; his son-in-law Dennis Marshall of Ararat; his son Ronnie Terry of Meadows; his daughter-in-law Julia Terry of Meadows; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Marshall, Anthony Terry, Andrew Terry, Lucas Terry, Lillian Terry and Greely Terry; and his brother Oscar Terry of Stuart. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson; and a sister.
Respecting the current limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), a funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, June 19, 2020 at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy with Rev. Roland McCraw and Rev. Keith Bisher officiating.
