She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Baker and Francy Lester Baker; her husband Cleatus Turman; and her grandson Sheldon Turman. She is survived by: her children, Mary Jessup of Laurel Fork, Carolyn Crowder (Barry) of Reidsville, Joe Turman (Joy) of Meadows and James Turman (Yvonne) of Laurel Fork, Virginia; her brother Iley; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Baker of Kernersville. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
