He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Leonard and Joyce Farley Webb; and his brother Timothy Mark Webb. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Stacy Matthew Webb (Donna) of Quicksburg, VA and Jennifer Lynn Schall (Todd) of Buchanan, VA; his grandchildren, Bailey Webb, D. J. Schall (Lina), Cory Schall, Katelynn Schall and Emma Schall; his stepgrandchildren, Mitchell Palmer and Jordan Palmer; his great grandchildren, Preston, Noah and Violet; his sister Judy Webb Turman (Dexter); and his pet Scrappy Doo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Mr. Webb may be made to the Vesta Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 911, Meadows of Dan, VA 24120.
