She was predeceased by: her husband Gorman E. Harrell; her son Keith Samuel Harrell; her parents, Bremen Poff and Edna Poff; her son-in-law Michael Hill; and her brother-in-law Mack Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Thomas (Ronnie), Susan Hill, Sharon Kimble (David), Terri Anne Hylton (Jeff) and Lester Harrell (Anita); her grandchildren, Amy Harrell, Heidi Foster (Chad), Kristina Delp (David), Jennifer Johnson (Billy), Heather Butcher (Jonathan), Seth Harrell, Bremen Harrell (Autumn), Amber Davis (Ben), Lillian Harrell and Carl Hylton; and her great grandchildren, Raylan, Josie, Helen Foster, Trey, William, Addyson Delp, Kayleigh, MaKinleigh, Samuel Johnson, Layla, Hattie Butcher, Lucas Harrell, Eiliss and Isaiah Davis.
