She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Douglas Belcher and Lucinda Emmaline Boyd Belcher; her husband Leonard Hampton Hubbard; her son Joseph Andrew Hubbard; her siblings, Curtis Belcher, Olen Belcher, Grace B. Taylor, Virgie Belcher, Robert Belcher and Henry Belcher; and her brothers-in-law, Gene Hubbard and Luther Hubbard.
She is survived by: her son Todd Hampton Hubbard (Wendy) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Emilyne Mae Hubbard of London, Lauren Elizabeth Hubbard of Richmond and Caroline Alexis Hubbard of Richmond; her close friend Diane Hamm; and her siblings-in-law, Lee Hubbard, Lala Hubbard, Raymond Hubbard and Pete Hubbard (Linda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
