She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Byrd Wood; her husband Coy Davis Vipperman; her sisters, Ardena Wood Pratt and Geneva Wood Belcher; and also Joshua Cantrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Vipperman, Ellen Poling (Joe) of Stuart, Rosemary Inman (Tom) of Colfax and Anita Epperly (Steven) of Meadows; her grandchildren, Riley Inman (Stephanie), Diana Whitaker (Cameron), Lindsay Poling, Davis Inman (Ashley) and James Epperly; her stepgranddaughters, Rachelle Westbrook (DJ) and Amber Tuttle (Tom); her great grandchildren, Sarah, Callahan, Jonah and Tatum; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Luc, Myles and Madison; her brother Dwight Wood (Sarah) of Floyd; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Vaughn of Stuart and Josephine Vipperman of Salem. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
