She was predeceased by: her father Joel Williams; her husband Robert Lee Foley; her siblings, Joel Gardner Williams, Mayetta Williams, Mary Jean Williams and Elizabeth Smith; and her son-in-law Clinton Vipperman. She is also survived by three grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
