She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Belcher and Della Bolt Belcher; her children, Della Cruise, Patricia Cruise, Linda Cruise, Lonnie and Elvin Cruise; and her siblings, Louise Frazier and Paul Belcher.
She is survived by: her husband Otis Puckett; her sons, Ronald Cruise of Meadows, Phillip Leon Cruise of Louisburg, NC and Donald Puckett of Stuart; and her siblings, Connie Nester of Meadows, Dorothy Cruise of Bassett, Mabel Puckett of Martinsville and Jim Belcher of Meadows. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
