She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Botkins of Hot Springs, Maxine Boaz of Winston-Salem and Karen Wood (Richard) of Meadows; her son-in-law Thomas Botkins of Hot Springs; her grandsons, Shane Boaz (Angie), Jason Boaz (Amy), Brad Wood (Terri), Chad Wood (Meghan) and Travis Botkins (Candice); her siblings, Clendon Stanley (Doris) of Winter Gardens, Florida and Betty Williams of Hillsville; and her sister-in-law Edna Stanley of Mount Airy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
