It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richmond Allen of McLean, Virginia, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Huong Pham Allen; his daughters, Judy and Nancy Allen; and his stepchildren, Linh Kohlbeck of Powhatan, Virginia and Khanh Allen of McLean, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Donations, in lieu of flowers, should be made to Doctors Without Borders.
