He is survived by: his daughter Caroline Conway; his son-in-law Michael Conway of Austin, TX; his daughter Christiane Shipman; his son-in-law James Shipman of Austin, TX; his son Geoffrey Dietz (Amy Feagles) of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Samuel Shipman, Catherine Conway and Reagan Shipman; his sisters, Charlotte Cross and Maureen Keeney of Baltimore, MD; and his child Sallie Burguieres Dietz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Ignatian Volunteer Corps, 801 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 in order to support their committed corps of retirees working to help the nation's poor.
