He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Detweiler and Celia Detweiler; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his brother John; his wife Shirley; his children, Karen (Alex) and David (Sabine); and his grandchildren, Peter, Anna, Clara and Max.
