She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Shepard and Mollie Shepard; her husband Charles Garrett; her stepdaughter Barbara; and her son-in-law Michael Stevens.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Linda Garrett of Las Cruces, NM, Laura Garrett O'Shea of Sterling, VA and Leila Garrett-Stevens of Norwalk, CT; her grandchildren, Mallory, Tristan O'Shea, Will and Owen Stevens; and her sisters, Janis Shepard Moon of Sidney, NY and Marjorie Shepard Matney of Chicopee, MA. She is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the church.
