He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick Donald and Winnie Spann (Proctor); his brother Jack Spann; and his significant other Mary Grace (Vaccaro). He is survived by: his sister Nancy (Christy); and his sons, Don and Eagle Scout. He is also survived by his sister, three children, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
