He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Dailey and Ethel Dailey; his wife Hollis Ruth Dailey; his children, Daniel Lee Dailey (Kim), David Harold Dailey (Bibi) and Rebecca Virginia Yerkey; his siblings, Pete and Hilda; his stepchildren, Larry Wilson, Scott Wilson and Donna Fleming; and his sister Pauline Merchant. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Fairfax County Police Association.
