He was predeceased by: his former wife Joanne Russell; his parents, Raymond and Pearle; and his sisters, Madonna Zollinger and Marilyn Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Hall Martin; his sons, Robert Russell (Sharon), Mark Jeffrey (Donna) and Joseph Frederick; his sister Annette Doerr; his stepdaughters, Melinda Hall-Pratt (Larry), Susan Hall-Bass (David) and Leslie Hall-Busis (William); his uncle Albert; and his aunt Olive Martin. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
