She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Spangler and Mary Jessie Dixon Spangler; her husband Harold Reid Southard; and her siblings, Roberta Wilson, Virginia Grubbs, Nellie Perdue, Noah and Hank Spangler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Barrow (Butch) of Hendersonville and Dorothy "Dottie" Southard of Hampton, VA; her grandchildren, Ashley Barrow Mowery (Craig) of Randolph Center, VT and Casey Barrow (MaryAshley) of West Memphis, AR; her great grandchildren, Iris, Finley, Hogan and Gracie-Lee; and her sisters, Kat Hodges of Eden and Ann Seal of Eden.
