She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Buchanan; her nieces and nephews, William Snowden Hunter (Patricia Anne Link) of Staunton, Terrell Linkous (David Meredith Hindman) of Williamsburg, Monte Kaye Leake (Gregg), Vicky Frances Leake (Daniel Zapata) of Ashburn and Charles McClung Leake (Wendy Gay Evans) of Vienna; and her great-nieces, Anne Elizabeth Hunter Nunley of Ashburn, William Lee Hunter of Christiansburg, Benjamin Terrell Hindman of Quinton, Grace Meredith Hindman Fend of Union, NJ, Brandon Cornell Skall of Washington, DC and Rachel Zapata of New York City, NY.
