Gill of Richmond, Natalie Gill Smethers (Phil) of Richmond and Philip Smethers, IV; and his siblings, Robert Gill (Daysi) of McLean, Thomas Gill (Jane) of Stafford, Stephen Gill (Catharine) of Oviedo and Peggy Gill Cleer (Tom) of Vienna, Virginia.. He is also survived by friends.
