Bertha Tignor Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2024, at the age of 81, Bertha Tignor of McLean, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bertha Tignor to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lester Duncan and Emma Elizabeth Duncan; her siblings, McKinley, Ralph, Theodore "Ted", David T. "Bill", Jerry, Joe, Jeanette Duncan Baron and Eula Mae Duncan West; and her pet Chance.
She is survived by: her husband Sam; her sons, Eric C. Tignor (Monica) and Samuel D. Tignor (Emily); her grandchildren, Calvin Tignor and Holly Tignor; and her sisters, Margaret Kiser and Sally Sundquist. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
