He was predeceased by: his brothers, Leroy and Curtis Procise; and his friend Lottie. He is survived by: his parents, Viola Procise and Leroy Procise; his sons, Alexander Maurice Meade, Sr. (Shequita) and Terrell Prosise; his grandson Alexander Maurice Meade, Jr. (AJ); his stepdaughter Andrea Lassiter of Jarratt, VA; and his siblings, Beatrice Flowers (Harold), Gloria Turner (Henry), Melvin, Sam, Danny (Shirley Julbe), Westley, Willie (Erica) and Roy (Christal). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
