It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Henry Goodwyn (McKenney, Virginia), born in Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on April 12, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, L. Henry Goodwyn and Laura Elynor Robinson Goodwyn; and his sister-in-law Brenda Fields. He was also cherished by wife of forty-four years, one brother-in-law.

He also worked as a Health Educator for the Sickle Cell Disease Foundation of Houston, Texas.
