It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria E. Crittendon of McKenney, Virginia, born in Dinwiddie, Virginia, who passed away on January 18, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy G. Crittendon and Willie Mary Ann Crittendon; her siblings, Ann C. Daniels, Emma C. Watkins, Roy Lee Crittendon, George Crittendon and Alexander Crittendon; and her siblings-in-law, Hattie Crittendon, Doris Crittendon, Bobby Watkins and Walter Daniels.
She is survived by: her children, ShaRonna Crittendon and Jaynia Crittendon of Petersburg; her grandson Artil Johnson; and her siblings, Nina Bernice Crittendon Flowers of Manassas, VA and Don Crittendon of Hopewell, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.
