He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marston and Irene Marston; and his wife Bernice M. Marston. He is survived by: his children, Rita M. Townsend (Claude) of McKenney, VA, Loretta M. Booth (Alvin) of McKenney and John R. Marston IV; his grandchildren, Lisa T. McCall of McKenney, Laura M. Walsh of Amelia, Jason, Joshua Booth of McKenney and Jeremy Townsend of McKenney; and his siblings, Jerry Marston, Sally Lewis, Patricia Lancaster and Betty Lou Harmon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
