He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Thomas H. Jolla; his wife Berthelma; and his siblings, Mattie Harris, Bertha Herbert, Annie Eliza Reeves, Margie Battister, Sophia Brooks, Dudley Jolla and Leonard Jolla.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Henry Battiste of New Orleans, LA; his close friend Mary Mills; and his godson Ashton Coleman. He is also survived by nieces, other beloved relatives, friends.
