He is survived by: his wife Frances Parham of Louisville, KY.; his sister Sherley Baker (Carter); his siblings-in-law, James (Mattie) and Aileen "Gena" (Christopher); and his children, Cynthia "Slim" Morgan, Eric Haywood (Erica), Marcus Haywood (Karen) and Kissa Hale.
