He is survived by: his friend George Junius Ragsdale "Rabbit"; his wife Barbara James Ragsdale; his daughters, Andrea Ragsdale of Hopewell and Crystal Ragsdale of Petersburg; his grandsons, André Ragsdale of Radford, VA and Shawn Graham, Jr. of Fort Knox, KY; his siblings, Leroy Ragsdale (Joanette) of Carrsville, Evelyn Taylor of Hopewell and Glen Ragsdale of Petersburg; his siblings-in-law, Jean Ragsdale, Lillian Thomas (Evans) and Saul King; his stepchildren, Cynthia King, Claudia Campbell and Derek Brown; and his cousin John Boothe.
