She is survived by: her children, Jesse Darnell Burke (Candice Love), Cheryl Marlene Burke and Detrius LaJuan Powers (Dee); her sister Connie M. Feggins; her nieces, Valerie Fortineau (Artis), Cassandra Billups (Ramsey), Michelle and Tracey Cross; her nephew Andre Carter; and her grandchildren, DeVaughn Burke, Derrick Wright, Jesse D. Burke, Joseph Powers, Justice Davis, Michelle Hamilton-Grant, J'Avonti Henderson and Jaila Burke. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, two great nieces and two great nephews.
