He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Shifflett and Irene Sellers Shifflett. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elaine Shifflett; his children, Melissa "Lisa" Breeden (Troy) of McGaheysville and Willard Jr.; his grandsons, Travis Breeden (Tara) and Danny Shifflett (Adrianna); his great grandchild Bentleigh Shifflett; his nieces, Kay Shifflett Katherman and Tracey Hinkle; and his siblings, Ellis Shifflett and Shirley Cubbage.
