She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Stroop (Jeremy Kite) of McGaheysville; her siblings, Bonnie Welsh of Elkton, April Heatwole (Joseph) of West Augusta and Bruce Garrison; her grandson Carter Stroop; her sister-in-law Gloria Garrison; and her close friend Thomas Strickler.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Harrisonburg (3173 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
