He is survived by: his children, Scott McGinnis (Nancy) of Manassas, Steven McGinnis of Indiana and Karen Taylor (Larry) of Havertown, Pennsylvania; and his brother George McGinnis (Odette) of Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
