He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Bengtson Rowe, Sr.; and his father-in-law Thomas Marschall. He is survived by: his mother Shanda Kiser Horner (Garnett) of Lynchburg; his wife Nicole Renee Marschall-Rowe; his half-siblings, Eric Rowe (Joan), Kristen Rowe (Mike Spar), Lise Rowe (Patrick Byrd) and Britta Rowe; his mother-in-law Karen Marschall; and his brother-in-law Scott Marschall (Kim). He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
