It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Samples of McDowell, Virginia, who passed away on April 11, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sarah Samples to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Banta (King) and John Harriss Carner; her husband Charles William Samples Jr.; and her brother Bill Carner. She is survived by: her son John William Samples (Kimberly) of Paducah, KY; her grandsons, Charles Glen Samples of West Chester and James Adam Samples (Madison) of Loveland, Ohio; and her great grandchild John William Bear Samples. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
