He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Martin and Audrey Lou Beverage (Harper); his wife Thelma Grey Gum; and his siblings, William "Dale" Beverage and Carol Jean Simmons (Beverage).
He is survived by: his son Douglas "Dean" Beverage (Kathy) of Monterey; his granddaughter Lori Nelson (Abraham) of Churchville; his great grandchildren, Tenley and Wick; and his sister-in-law Brenda Beverage of McDowell. He is also survived by four nieces, three nephews, and several cousins.
