It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darlene Sue Malcolm of McDowell, Virginia, born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alexander and Bessie Lee Steele (Garst); and her siblings, Jack, Bobby Steele, Frances Stanley and Dorothy Steele.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Thomas Malcolm; her children, Nancy Newberry (Gene) of Cape Coral, Fla. and Joseph Malcolm (Koressa) of McDowell; her grandchildren, Kalyn, Kaci Newberry of Cape Coral, Fla., Roy (Christine) of Plano and Rachael Carden (Derrick) of Bothell; her sister Nancy Bryant of Mechanicsville; and her niece Beverly Thompson (Richard) of McDowell.
