It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye Mullins Scott of McCoy, Virginia, born in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Mullins and Maggie Mullins; her husband Harry Dudley Scott; her siblings, Ernest Mullins, Obie Mullins, Nona Bolling Cassada, Artie Church, Rubel Graham Barnett and Opal Shortt; and her daughter-in-law Donna Merrix Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Alex Scott of McCoy, VA, Sherry Warren (Bill) of Stockbridge, GA, Susan Hogan (Tim) of Springfield, VA, Ellen Cumby (Guy) of Richmond, VA and Tim Scott (Ellen) of Blacksburg, VA; her sister-in-law Cleo Scott Beachum; and also, Faye, Carol and Bobby Roop. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
